At Yetch Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the shipment at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
